Bob Lally

Bob Lally joined Ikena as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations in December 2022. Most recently, Bob served as Chief Operating Officer for Prevail Therapeutics following the company’s acquisition by Eli Lilly. Bob joined Prevail Therapeutics as the Vice President of Finance to lead the function ahead of the company’s June 2019 IPO. He also previously served as the Executive Director, Finance and Controller at Arsanis where he built out and led the finance team through a successful IPO. Prior to Arsanis, Bob held roles of increasing responsibility at Cubist Pharmaceuticals for 11 years, joining shortly after they launched their first product culminating in annual sales greater than $1B, and resulting in the company’s ultimate acquisition by Merck and Co. Bob’s career in biotech began at Cubist, where he worked closely with operations and accounting to establish and build out the operational finance function and team. In his earlier career, Bob worked at a division of Tyco Electronics (M/A-Com). He earned his B.A. in Financial Management with a minor in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts.
